This Equality, Diversity and Inclusion course explains what the law expects of individuals in terms of preventing discrimination and harassment based on the nine protected characteristics, but it also empowers you to do the right thing, to give everyone the same opportunities and to ensure everyone has a sense of belonging, whoever and wherever they might be.

Equality – treating everyone fairly – diversity – appreciating people’s uniqueness – and inclusion – encouraging everyone to retain their uniqueness – are vital components of workplaces and societies everywhere, so understanding how to promote them is essential for all employees.

Module 2: Marriage & Civil Partnership, Pregnancy & Maternity and Race

Module 3: Religion & Belief, Sex, Sexual Orientation & Workplace Equality Policies

Religion and belief, sex, sexual orientation, and workplace policies and procedures.

The online assessment is taken on completion of the training material. You will be asked 20 multiple choice questions with a pass mark of 80%. The answers are marked automatically so you will instantly know whether you have passed. If you don't pass don't worry! You can take the test as many times as you need with no extra charge.
